“Material things can change but I’m glad everyone is safe,” the Savage rapper tweeted on Friday.
The theft, first reported by TMZ, happened Thursday night when two men broke into a glass door behind the 27-year-old rapper’s L.A. home, which contained cash, jewelry and electronics.
According to TMZ, the rapper was not at home when the incident happened.
The “Savage” rapper is currently in New York City, where he is set to host SNL and perform as a musical guest on October 15.
Requests for comment from Stallion’s team were not immediately returned, but Star tweeted about the incident on Friday.
“Material things can be changed but I’m glad everyone is safe,” the star wrote in a tweet with a heart and prayer emoji.
The Los Angeles Police Department was not able to confirm the theft or provide any information, including the custody of any suspects.
Five minutes after his tweet about the incident, Thee Stallion told fans he needed a break.
