Meghan King is getting back to work and trying to set a good example for her children after removing two protective orders against ex-husband Jim Edmonds.

The “Real Housewives of Orange County” alum, 37, exclusively tells Page Six that he hopes to set the “best example” for the former couple’s children as he moves on from their rift.

“I love working and being in the city,” she says of her recent trip to New York to promote her podcast, “Intimate Knowledge with Meghan King.”

“It’s always best to put your nose to the grindstone,” he continues. “And I want to be the best example of a single, working mom for my kids.”

King’s Big Apple visit — which included a stop at “The Tamron Hall Show” — came months after she filed for a temporary restraining order against Edmonds, 52, in June. She claimed the former baseball player was abusive – a claim Edmonds vehemently denied.

According to Missouri court records, the case type was classified as “adult abuse [without] stalking.”

A spokesman for the County Court of St. Louis previously told Page Six that the documents were confidential due to the “high level of security” of the case and could only be obtained with the permission of one of the parties involved.

However, according to TMZ, King claimed in the documents that Edmonds was “frequent and consistent verbally abusive” towards her via text and the Family Wizard co-parenting app.

King and Edmonds share daughter Aspen, 5, and 4-year-old twins Hayes and Hart, the latter of whom has cerebral palsy. Sources told the outlet the arguments were over co-parenting issues.

Edmonds’ representative, Steve Honig, told TMZ in part that the filing was “completely without merit.”

In addition to the restraining order, King filed for child protection against Edmonds, which was not granted. Both orders were denied this week through her attorney.

Throughout it all, King leaned on the support of her inner circle—including publicist Anthony Lario and her model brother RJ King; the two joined her in Manhattan.

Meghan and Edmonds – who separated in 2019 after five years of marriage and finalized their divorce in May 2021 – have endured a series of public feuds.

She accused him of cheating on her several times during their marriage, although he denies the allegations.

During a July episode of Caroline Stanbury’s “Divorced Not Dead” podcast, weeks after the injunction was filed, Meghan said their dynamic only got “worse” after the divorce.
