South African comedian Trevor Noah will host “The Daily Show” for the last time on December 8. The comedian hosted the popular show on Comedy Central for seven years before he made the shocking announcement in September that he had decided to leave the show.

“The Daily Show” is a super-popular show around the world, which analyzes current affairs with Noah’s trademark satire. The show is considered to be the best comedy show aired on television today. Unfortunately for the fans, the South African felt it was time for him to leave the show.

In the announcement last month, Noah said he wanted to return to doing stand-up, which he loved most. He said staying home for two years during the pandemic helped him realize he needed to figure out “another part” of his life, referring to stand-up comedy.
